Dr. Glenn Copeland , Chief Executive Officer & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Copeland is the former CEO of Cleveland Clinic Canada and the founder and former CEO of Feet First. Dr. Copeland also held the position of CEO of Footmaxx International and Lifescreening Cancer and Prevention Centres. Dr Copeland has been a Consulting Orthopedic Podiatrist with the Toronto Blue Jays since 1980, the Medical Director for Ottawa Sports and Entertainment group and a foot and ankle Consultant for the Atlanta Braves. He is also the Founder and Clinic Director of the Rehab and Wellbeing Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital since 2008.

Marcy Herriman, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Herriman brings to Jack Nathan Health over 10 years of medical and operational experience. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Director of Business Development and Operations at Performance Orthotics/Centric Health, a provider of comprehensive health care management services in Canada and the United States. She was part of the leadership team that led to the expansion of its services in more than 45 clinics throughout North America. She was promoted to President in January 2020 and served as a Board Member. Marcy brings extensive experience in opening and managing multidisciplinary medical clinics, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Ms. Herriman received her Master of Science (“MS”) from Boston University, and her Bachelor of Arts (“BA”) from Northeastern University. She also served as an Adjunct Professor at Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Services.

Serge Cinelli , Chief Technology Officer

Serge Cinelli has a history of developing and implementing digital health solutions including integrated payment, referrals, insurance claims, billing and EMR platforms. During his time with OntarioMD he supported the creation and implementation of the Ontario EMR validation process, the regulatory framework for all current EMR platforms in Ontario. As an executive at a chain of diagnostic imaging centres, Serge managed and maintained custom developed EMR, electronic physician referrals and reports, and billing software for practitioners. Serge was responsible for IT planning, implementation and support through the network of twenty multidisciplinary clinics that included over 100 health care providers specializing in family medicine.
