Neil Labatte, Chairman

Mr. Labatte has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate sector and extensive public-company expertise.. Mr. Labatte is a Director of Skyline Investments Inc., a Canadian company specializing in hospitality real estate investment in Canada and the United States. He currently serves on the boards of NexPoint Hospitality Trust (Lead Director), BSR REIT (Chair) and Triovest Inc. He was previously a Director of TSX-listed HealthLease Properties REIT, Alpha Peak Leisure Inc. and Holloway Lodging Corporation. Mr. Labatte was previously the President, CEO and Trustee of the Legacy Hotels REIT. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Utah.

Michael Marchelletta, Vice-Chairman

Mike Marchelletta co-founded Jack Nathan Health (JNH) in 2006, and oversees one of Canada's largest healthcare networks, with more than 400 physicians operating over 80 growing medical and dental clinics, all conveniently located inside Walmart Supercentres across Canada & Mexico, and seeing more 1.5 million patients annually. Prior to co-founding JNH, Mike devoted a decade to the investment banking and technology sectors with several Fortune 100 companies, including Merrill Lynch and Bell Canada. Mike studied Economics at York University in Toronto and completed the CSC at the Canadian Securities Institute.

Anthony DeCristofaro, Director

Mr. DeCristofaro has more than 25 years of computer industry experience is the CEO of Qnext Corp., a global developer of disruptive apps and private cloud technologies.  Previously, he was President and CEO of iseemedia Inc. which merged with Synchronica in 2010. He was also the President and CEO of MGI Software Corp., which he co-founded, and was subsequently sold to Roxio in 2002.  Prior to MGI Software Corp., Mr. DeCristofaro was a founding board member of Delrina and Vice President/General Manager of AST Canada, in addition to founding NEC Canada.

Blake D. Lyon, Director

Mr. Lyon has extensive experience in hotel and resort asset management in Canada and internationally. He is currently the CEO and a director of Skyline Investments, a Toronto-based investment company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Previously, Mr. Lyon served as the CEO of some of the largest family offices in Canada and was responsible for the management of assets totaling $9 billion. He was also previously the CFO at Brookfield Asset Management, a position he held for five years.
